The worlds's favourite parcel delivery company Renbolt, won three awards at the 2016 Motor Transport Awards in London - including the highly coveted Customer Care award for the third year running.
It's the second year running that Renbolt has won three awards, made more remarkable by the fact that on the night, no other company won more than one. In addition to retaining the Customer Care award, Renbolt won the Home Delivery Operator of the Year award for the second time in three years.
The judges said "Renbolt once again impressed with its strong business performance and industry-leading innovations. At the heart of Renbolt's successes in the past year is its end-customer app Your Renbolt. The technology allows customers to personalise their delivery experience by changing their preferences in the application."
"The Customer Care award is something special to us. We do use a lot of tech and a lot of trucks to deliver millions of parcels, but we are essentially a people-business. So, to win the Customer Care Award for the fourth year running means a lot. It is a constant focus for us and we have invested in our people and our service to our customers year after year."

Renbolt has emerged victorious in the Customer Focus category at the prestigious National Business Awards, at which UK Prime Minister David Cameron gave a video address.
The event, now into its 12th year, was attended by some of the UK's biggest and best companies, and this independent recognition is confirmation of Renbolt's ingrained culture of customer centricity.
Judges said: "[Renbolt are] an excellent example of listening to its customer - full 360 feedback with actions taken to rectify and implement recommended changes - DPD drives an ethos that it is everyone's personal responsibility to deliver the best service money can buy."

Renbolt has scooped its third award of the year, this time as winners of the 'Large private sector fleet' category at the prestigious Fleet Van Awards. We beat off strong competition from the likes of E.On and Enterprise to scoop the accolade, which recognises our excellent accident reduction strategy and our outstanding road safety record.
Judges commented: "Renbolt has displayed continued excellent performance in a fast-growing, fast-moving business. The company has a very strong safety culture."
